The bride-to-be is a 2003 graduate of Tamaqua Area High School and a 2007 graduate of Wilkes University. She is employed as a fifth-grade teacher in the Tamaqua Area School District.

Kelly Ann Minnich, daughter of Jeffrey L. Minnich Sr., Lehighton, and the late Dorothy A. Minnich, and Richard A. Prall, son of Richard A. Prall and Vicky Prall, Doylestown, were united in marriage on Sept. 6, 2009 at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Doylestown, by the Rev. Bob Myers.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride chose Audra Doll, Palmerton, as matron of honor, and Beth Reilly, as maid of honor. Bridesmaids included Meg Keenan, Kerri Marcin, Lindsey Prall and Kailey Prall.

Melissa M. Rodgers, daughter of JoAnn and Charles Rodgers of Tamaqua, became the bride of Eric R. Smith Jr., son of Dianne and Eric R. Smith Sr., and the late Donna Smith, of Carlisle, on Sept. 5, 2009 at Trinity United Church of Christ in Tamaqua. The Rev. David W. Grant officiated. Phyllis Paisley was the organist.

Give in marriage by her father, the bride chose Erika Zeigler as maid of honor. Bridesmaids included Jessica Cooper, Rebecca Arline and Ashley Rodgers. The flower girl was Kayla Wolf.

Catie Lauver, daughter of Ronald Lauver, McAdoo, and the late Shirley Lauver, became the bride of Michael Walser II, son of Michael and Michelle Walser, Tamaqua, on May 16, 2009 at SS. Peter and Paul Roman Catholic Church, Tamaqua.

The double ring ceremony was officiated by the Rev. William Linkchorst. Joseph Mehalko was the vocalist. Sandy Mehalko played the organ.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride chose Christi Hinkle, Weatherly, as matron of honor. Madilyn and Abby Hinkle, Weatherly, were flower girls.

The bride was given in marriage by her children, Tyler James Trumbauer and Ian Eugene Trumbauer.

Susan Lindenmuth of Walnutport served as the maid of honor, while Diane Trainer of Palmerton was a bridesmaid.

Crowded Kitchen Players will hold auditions for “Inspecting Carol" on Monday, Nov. 2, from 7-8:30 p.m. in the 'Kitchen', 1680 Minesite Rd., Allentown.

"Inspecting Carol" will run Dec. 4-20 at McCoole's Arts & Events, in Quakertown. Needed are: one non-white male, 25 or older; one male, 45 or older; and two males, 19–40.
