Event organizers Puff's Promotions and Cousin Dave Entertainment have announced the third annual Schuylkill County Brew Fest from 2 to 5:30

p.m.Saturday on the Frackville Elks Lodge grounds, 307 S. Third St., Frackville, along with the inaugural Schuylkill County Beer Week, which includes events all over the county this week.A new addition to this year's brew fest is a collaboration with four state breweries who are creating exclusive beers for the first ever "Skook Series" of brews.Conyngham Brewing Co., of Conyngham; Rotunda Brewing Company, of Annville; Schuylkill Mountain Brewing Company, of Schuylkill Haven; and Abomination Brewing Co., of Stroudsburg; will all release their Skook Series beers at events during beer week or at the brew fest."We're really excited to release the Skook Series of beer this year. We've got an IPA, a strong ale, an imperial stout, and a sour. Craft beer is gaining popularity in Schuylkill County, so we wanted to showcase a variety of styles.
