A new date for a targeted job fair, that had been scheduled for March 15, has been announced by the Pennsylvania CareerLink of Carbon County.

The job fair, which is geared toward manufacturing and production jobs, will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on March 29 at the Lehigh Carbon Community College's Jim Thorpe Campus, 1100 Center St., Jim Thorpe.Employers who are scheduled to attend include Aerotek Staffing, Ametek, Ampal, Blue Ridge Pressure Casting, Gonnella Frozen Products, Highwood USA, KME Fire Apparatus and Structural Metal Fabricators.In addition, there will also be information available on training opportunities at Carbon Career & Technical Institute, LCCC, Lehigh Career & Technical Institute and Triangle Tech to those who would like to go into the field, but are not fully prepared.
