Palmerton Police Department reported the following incidents:

Retail theft:

Brittany Kieffer, 21, Palmerton, was charged for an incident Oct. 18 in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.

Kieffer was also charged for an incident Oct. 19 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.

Jason Miller, 37, Palmerton, was charged for an incident Nov. 6 in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.

Maximum gross weight:

Rogelio Sosa-Vasquez, 35, Dover, New Jersey, was charged with maximum gross weight, for a violation Nov. 7 in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.

Citations:

Police also issued two citations each for traffic violations and vehicle violations.
