A Northumberland County company will demolish a dilapidated Coaldale building for $37,690.

Schuylkill County commissioners on Wednesday awarded the job to Northeast Industrial Services, Shamokin.The company submitted the lowest bid for job.Other demolition projects also were awarded to the lowest bidders.• 1 W. Ogden St., Girardville: Affordable C&D of Coal Township, $15,240.• 136-138 W. Ogden St., Girardville: AMC Enterprise of Frackville, $13,849.• 25 S. John St., Girardville: Affordable C&D, $14,400.• 51 S. Lehigh St., Frackville: ADM Logistics of Port Carbon, $42,299.• 60/62 N. Lehigh St., Frackville: ADM Logistics, $46,599.• 142 E. Halcovage also mentioned a fourth, Hazleton, which includes Kline Township and McAdoo.Two members of each team and their coaches attended the meeting.Commissioners presented them with a banner that read "Schuylkill Pride."
