During the win, Jess Davis scored 20 pints for the Vikettes. ACC pitched a shutout in the first quarter and used long, efficient possessions to help take care of the Raiders … Surprisingly, these two teams haven't played over the last decade. However, ACC is 11-3 against Colonial League opponents since 2007 … Northwestern's Leighanna Lister reached double figures during her final 11 games of the regular season … The Tigers sport a balanced attack. Sage Christopher is the team's second-leading scorer. She has scored the most points by any Tiger this season in a game, tallying 20 on two separate occasions against Jim Thorpe and Catasauqua, which happened to be on back-to-back days (Dec. 14 and 15).QUOTABLE: "I think we're playing some of our best basketball. We're going to try and speed them up a little bit for sure. I think the faster the game on Wednesday, the more that plays into our advantage. We have some good athletes on our team, and if we can create tempo, that will work in our advantage. They aren't very deep, and I think that's what we have to try and do. ACC is very patient offensively, and they play very good defense, it's going to be tough. We're good in the open-court game, and we have a lot of versatility. If you win on Wednesday, you're guaranteed to go to the state playoffs, so there's a lot riding on this game. It would be a great accomplishment for our team this year to get there. I can tell you that this team won't be intimidated on Wednesday. Our girls our loose and relaxed, and they will be ready to play." - Northwestern head coach Chris Deutsch.
