Tamaqua police have filed charges against Jerry Feathers, 58, of 218 Washington St., Tamaqua, after an incident on Clay Street on Feb. 18.

Officers spoke with two victims who said Feathers entered their home despite earlier warnings that he wasn't welcome. Once inside the home Feathers argued with the residents then head butted one of them in the face. Feathers then bit the man's chest and scratched his neck.Once they were able to push Feathers outside the victims locked the door and called police.Officers were unable to make contact with Feathers. He will be charged with simple assault, defiant trespass and harassment.
