State police at the Fern Ridge barracks said three people were taken into custody in connection with a stolen vehicle investigation.

The theft occurred between 4 p.m. Jan. 31 and 4:22 p.m. Feb. 1 at Custom Auto Detailing, Route 209 and Weir Lake Road in Chestnuthill Township, when someone obtained the keys to a 2003 Saab that had been parked along the front of the building and drove off in the vehicle.Police said the car was recovered by state police at the Swiftwater barracks. Police took three people into custody regarding the theft.
