Here's a recipe for a game-day treat from Philadelphia Cream Cheese.

Bacon-Chipotle-Ranch Cheesy FootballPrep time: 10 minutes, plus refrigeratingMakes 20 servings, 2 tablespoons each2 8-ounce packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened1/4 cup Kraft Classic Ranch Dressing3 tablespoons finely chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce1 3-ounce package Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits2 cups tightly packed Italian parsley, chopped1 Kraft Big Slice Pepper Jack Cheese SliceCrackersMix cream cheese and dressing in medium bowl until blended. Stir in peppers. Refrigerate 30 minutes.Spread bacon bits onto bottom of pie plate. Shape cream cheese mixture into football shape; place, upside down, over bacon in pie plate. Turn to evenly coat top and sides of football with bacon. Cover serving plate with parsley. Top with cheese ball. Press any remaining bacon from pie plate into cream cheese mixture until completely coated.Cut pepper jack cheese into thin strips; use to make laces on football and lines on parsley to resemble football field as shown in photo. Serve with crackers.For convenience, this can be prepared ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 24 hours before serving. As a bonus, this refrigerating time will also help develop the flavor of the cheese ball.
