The Chestnuthill Board of Supervisors approved an extension for the Brodheadsville Kinsley's ShopRite's Offsite Highway Improvement Fair Share Contribution.

The original payment plan established four installments from the company, while the new agreement consists of six annual payments of $128,546.Kinsley had already made the first two of the four installments on the agreement. The total contribution from Kinsley when it is paid in full will be around $771,000.These payments will be specifically allocated to an account for road improvement."It's going into a dedicated road improvement account, not the general fund," office manager Cathy A. Martinelli said.ShopRite will be responsible for payments starting next year."We gave them this year off, so the next payment will be due in 2017," she said.
