Paul G. Herman, 56, of 627 Center St., Jim Thorpe, has been charged with aggravated and simple assault, burglary, criminal trespass, criminal mischief, defiant trespass and harassment for an incident that occurred on Oct. 16 at 7:29

p.m.a South Street location.Jonathan Joel "JJ" Tappan,23, of 300 Center Ave., Jim Thorpe, has been charged with former convict not to own a firearm, carrying a loaded weapon, resisting arrest and unlawful possession of a controlled substance for an incident on Oct. 20 at 1:15 a.m. in front ofa South Avenue location.Chad Edward Fry, 29, of 939 Oakhaven Road, Kutztown, and Ashlie Ann Fry, 30, of 626 N. 12th St., Reading, have been charged with persistent disorderly conduct, harassment and public drunkenness for an incident on Sept. 30 at 9:45 p.m. at The Inn of Jim Thorpe, 24 Broadway.Michael R. Hricik,37, of 101 Chippy Circle, Jim Thorpe, has been charged with criminal trespass and persistent disorderly conduct for an incident atan Old Piney Road location, that occurred on July 11 at 11:21 a.m.Barry T. Phillips,37, of 922 North St., Jim Thorpe, has been charged with simple assault, criminal mischief and harassment for an incident on Sept. 27 at 7:10 p.m. at 11th and School streets.John Buck,33, of 4441 Horseshoe Pike, Honey Brook, Chester County, has been charged with defiant trespass, persistent disorderly conduct and public drunkenness for an incident on Oct. 22 at 8:08 p.m. at Molly Maguires Pub, 5 Hazard Square.
