U.S. Congressman Matt Cartwright, who represents Pennsylvania's 17th Congressional District in Washington, D.C., will be in Tamaqua on Wednesday for a meet and greet session with his constituents. The event will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Hang Loose, 300 E. Broad St., Tamaqua.
