Justin J. Volino, 31, of Saylorsburg, was cited by state police at Lehighton after a one-vehicle crash at 4:40 p.m. Oct. 11 on Weir Lake Road in Ross Township. He was uninjured.

Police said he was driving a 2001 Chevrolet Trailblazer north when he failed to negotiate a curve and the vehicle ran off the road, hitting a tree.The Trailblazer then continued back onto Weir Lake Road, swerving into the southbound lane and back in the northbound lane before coming to final rest on the north shoulder of the road.The vehicle was towed from the scene.
