There were no serious injuries in a crash this morning along Packerton Dam Road in Mahoning Township. The crash occurred at 7 a.m. as the driver of a BMW sedan failed to negotiate a curve. The car slid across the westbound lane, hitting a tree at the driver's door. Mahoning Valley and Lehighton fire companies and Lehighton paramedics responded to the scene.
