Blue Mountain Health System and the Carbon County Area Agency on Aging will co-host the Annual Senior Health and Information Fair from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 4 at the Lehighton Recreation Center, 243 S. Eighth St. in Lehighton.

The fair is designed to connect seniors, future seniors and caregivers to services of Blue Mountain Health System and other health and social organizations in Carbon and surrounding counties.Participants will have face-to -face contact with service providers, advocates and experts in aging and related services and the opportunity to become an informed health care consumer. A wide array of health and aging resources ranging from diabetes to veteran's affairs will be available, as well as free screenings, including cholesterol, blood sugar, blood pressure and pulse oximetry.For a medication review, bring a list of your medications and have a private consultation with a pharmacist.
