McAdoo police have cited Christopher Furlani, 44, of McAdoo, following an incident at the Fegley Mini Mart on May 4.

Officers were called to the store to assist EMS with a male, possibly intoxicated, who was on the floor. The man was identified as Furlani, who told officers he had been drinking and using heroin. He had syringes and 16 empty sandwich bags in his pockets, found as personnel were preparing to transport him to the Hazleton hospital.He was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.
