Shoplifting incidents

• Rush Township police have cited the following people for retail theft incidents at the HT Commons Walmart in Hometown.

Robert Cesanek, 29, of Nesquehoning, took merchandise valued at $3.98 on March 4.Ronelle McLeod, 25, of Lansford, stole merchandise valued at $35.74 on March 14.Eric Garzio, 21, of Hazleton, took merchandise valued at $17.16 on March 14.Derek Kotsko Jr., 23, of Sugarloaf, took merchandise valued at $468.97 on March 17.Roxanne Counterman, 42, of Coaldale, took merchandise valued at $63.52 in one incident and $54.38 in a second theft. Both thefts took place on March 20.• Pennsylvania State Police at the Fogelsville barracks cited the following suspects for shoplifting incidents at the Walmart in Lower Macungie Township. They were cited for retail theft.Jose Rivera, 25, of New Tripoli and Brock Arner, 25, of Orefield, took merchandise on March 10.• Mahoning Township police cited the following in connection with thefts at the Walmart store.Jessica Pastrick, 26, of Slatington and Allentown residents Yazmilex Caraballo, 18, Felicia Rivera, 19, and Jarelyn Rivera, 19, took merchandise valued at $522.45 on Feb. 21. All four were cited for retail theft and criminal conspiracy.• State police at Fern Ridge reported a retail theft incident at a Carbon County business.Troopers said Robert Patrick Pierce, 30, no address given, entered the Dollar General Store, located at 2492 Route 903 in Penn Forest Township, about 1:42 p.m. on March 17 and attempted to remove a two-pack of Hanes boxer shorts, valued at $7.95, without paying for the items.He was issued a citation for retail theft.
