ALLENTOWN, Pa. (AP) - The Lehigh Valley Health Network is eliminated dozens of positions and 34 workers are affected.

The (Allentown) Morning Call (http://bit.ly/2arMvYF ) reports the hospital network is trying to find other positions for those workers, none of whom were "direct caregivers."If other jobs can't be found for them, they'll get severance packages.The hospital network said in January that it was consolidating some medical practices and that overlap would result in some job cuts.
