A Schuylkill County man was found with drug paraphernalia and is facing that charge. He was one of two men charged with drug counts.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Gabriele McKay, 21, of Auburn was found with the paraphernalia on July 1 in the area of Indian Cover in Wayne Township. Charges have been filed.Troopers said Robert Rose, 57, of Schuylkill Haven has been charged as the result of an incident on July 8, at 5:40 p.m. along Haven Street in Schuylkill Haven. Rose was stopped for a traffic violation and found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine and various pills. He was charged with drug counts and numerous vehicle code violations, troopers said.
