• Daniel Rupp, 22, of Pottsville, is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol after state police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks were summoned at 270 State Rt. 61 southbound, North Manheim Township, at 1:12 a.m. Nov. 12.

Police said he was found unconscious in his 2006 Lexus within the Sheetz Traffic Way.

• Christopher Croneberger, 42, of Auburn, is facing charges of possession of drug paraphernalia after a regulatory checkpoint conducted by state police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks at 11:46 a.m. Nov. 21.

Police said he was driving a 2009 Subaru Legacy that was stopped in the checkpoint.

In addition to finding the drug paraphernalia, police said Croneberger is facing charges of operating a vehicle not equipped with an ignition interlock.

• Troopers are investigating a theft of an iPhone 14 Pro Max from a residence along Beury’s Road in Barry Township.

The victim is a 46-year-old man from Ashland who reported the phone was stolen during the delivery process between 6 a.m. Nov. 9 and 12:22 p.m. Nov. 11.
