A Summit Hill woman is in hot water after she left her young child wander around town naked.

Summit Hill police said that on Oct. 24, officers received a report of a child running around naked and unattended on the cold day. Police responded and took the child into protective custody.Police said this was not the first incident involving the child or the woman, identified as Ashley Kelly, 21, of West White Street.Kelly was charged with endangering the welfare of children. There is currently a warrant out for her arrest.
