Schuylkill County Judge James P. Goodman has dissolved bench warrants against two local men and set their bail and conditions.

Shawn E. Flaim Jr.,26, Barnesville: Charged by Tamaqua police with intentionally possessing a controlled substance by a person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia on April 16.Goodman set bail at $5,000 unsecured, and ordered Flaim to continue to live at 130 Locust Lake Road, Barnesville and not relocate without notifying the court in writing.Michael A. Leiby,30, Tamaqua: Charged by Rush Township police with intentionally possessing a controlled substance by a person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia on July 2, 2014.Goodman set bail at $5,000 percentage cash, and ordered him to continue to live at 307 Arlington St. and not relocate without notifying the court in writing.
