Jennifer Graver and Ethan Hogeland wed

Jennifer Graver, daughter of Allen and Tammy Graver of Tamaqua, and Ethan Hogeland, son of Janet Smith-Stedman of Stedman, North Carolina, and Richard and Cara Hogeland of Fayetteville, North Carolina, were united in marriage Aug. 8 in Lehighton.

Pastor William A. Ellsworth officiated the double ring ceremony.Given in marriage by her father, the bride was attended by Abigail Graver of Tamaqua, as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Maggie Smith of Autryville, North Carolina, and Kari Bauchspies of Lehighton. Ella Boyle of Greenville, South Carolina was the flower girl.Best man honors were performed by Curtis Hogeland of Clinton, North Carolina. Groomsmen were Dustin DeLong of Fayetteville, Allen Graver and Abram Graver, both of Tamaqua.The new Mrs. Hogeland is a graduate of Tamaqua Area High School. She graduated from Kutztown University with a bachelor's degree in elementary and special education. She earned a master's degree in special education from Grand Canyon University. She is currently working toward a master's degree in educational leadership.She is employed at Northside High School as a teacher of severe and profound students.Mr. Hogeland is a graduate of Cape Fear High School. He is currently serving in the U.S. Marine Corps, and is stationed at Camp Lejeune base in North Carolina.The couple live in Jacksonville, North Carolina.
