The following arrests were made by Palmerton police.

Shane Perschy, 40, of Palmerton, has been charged with theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief for an incident that occurred in the 700 block of First Street on Oct. 10.James Pratola, 37, of Danielsville, has been charged with driving under the influence, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and restrictions on alcoholic beverages following an incident that occurred in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue on Oct. 18.A citation was issued to Melissa Levan, 42, of Jim Thorpe, for vehicular hazard signal lamps. The violation occurred on Nov. 19 at Franklin Avenue and Mauch Chunk Road.Citations were issued to John Paul IV, 31, of Palmerton, for obedience to traffic control devices and operation of vehicles without a valid license. The violations occurred on Nov. 20 along Route 248 westbound.Citations were issued to Eduardo Cruz Perez, 31, of Wilkes-Barre, for five counts of restraint systems and drivers required to be licensed. The violations occurred on Nov. 16 along Route 248 westbound.A citation was filed against Kevin Engler, 38, of Kunkletown, for drivers required to be licensed. The violation occurred on Nov. 20 in the 700 block of Delaware Avenue.Tyler Patterson, 21, of Palmerton, had a citation for obedience to traffic control device filed against him for an incident on Nov. 22 about 7:53 p.m. in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.Jose Ortiz, 27, of Palmerton, was cited for disorderly conduct for an incident on Nov. 6 about 7:22 a.m. in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.David Adams Jr., 32, of Phillipsburg, New Jersey, was cited for speeding on Nov. 23 about 10:16 p.m. along Route 248 eastbound.Aaron Kunkle, 20, of Parryville, was cited for speeding on Nov. 24 along Route 248 eastbound.
