Jennel Lynn Yelito, daughter of David Yelito of Coaldale and Diane Miller of Nesquehoning, and William Lee Swenson Jr., son of Mary and William Swenson Sr. of East Stroudsburg, were married on June 20, 2015.

The ceremony and reception were held in the scenic backyard of William's parents' home with longtime family friend, the Rev. Harold Rosenberger, officiating the ceremony. The couple followed with honeymooning this fall and winter to the Douglaston Salmon River to enjoy one of their favorite hobbies, fly fishing.Given in marriage by her father, the bride was attended by Marissa Samson, her cousin and maid of honor. William's father served as his best man, while brother of the bride and brother of the groom, Nicholas Yelito and Jesse Swenson, ushered the couple's two dogs down the aisle as ring bearers. The groom's niece, Kayla Zabriskie, served as the flower girl.The new Mrs. Swenson graduated from Moravian College with a degree in elementary education and sociology. She is working toward her third master's degree from Wilkes University. She is a reading teacher at the Tamaqua Area Middle School as well as the girls tennis coach.Mr. Swenson holds a degree in business management from DeSales University. He is currently a sales consultant for Cintas Corporation in Emmaus, and has earned the status of President's Club in his company multiple years for his outstanding sales contributions.The newlyweds live in West Allentown.
