Carbon business cited again

A Carbon County business has been cited again for failure to follow a prior order issued by an administrative law judge of the state liquor control board.

Antonio's Pizzeria Inc., 43 Broadway, Jim Thorpe, was issued a citation on Monday for violating a judge's order.The Wilkes-Barre enforcement office stated that Antonio's, during the period of June 16 to Aug. 24, failed to comply with the order of the judge mandating continued compliance with the requirements of the liquor code pertaining to responsible alcohol management.This new charge will be brought for a judge who has the authority to impose penalties ranging from $50 to $1,000 for minor offenses and up to $5,000 for more serious offenses.In addition, the judge can also impose a license suspension or revocation of the license based on the severity of the charge brought.
