Schuylkill County fire

Schuylkill county officials are once again investigating a suspicious fire which leveled a home in a very remote area of Blythe township. The fire was first reported just after 10 p.m. at 78 Tucker Hill road between the villages of New Philadelphia and Kaska. By the time fire fighters maneuvered the one lane coal mining road to the scene the home was to the ground with only a few chimneys standing.

There have been seversl fires recently in the immediate area involving homes which were almost impossible to get to. The homes located along the old coal mining one lane roads or paths apparently we're that of miners or coal barons.
