"I WILL BUILD A WALL" A quote from presidential candidate Donald Trump.He said he would have Mexico pay for this wall.Does Congress have any say?What is the distance between points of boundary of this wall? One thousand miles?Could this wall be steel? Could one burn a hole through? Perhaps it will be a concrete wall. Will it be a formed and poured structure with rebar? Would there be inspections of the cement? Air entrainment, a slump test?Could this wall be a preformed interlocking type of structure?Would footers have to be poured?How about any swamp or water areas? How thick would this wall be? How high would this be? Twenty feet? Thirty feet?Can someone tunnel under this wall? Can a person climb over this wall with a ladder and rope?
