Last week, Carbon County Commissioners made a number of board appointments and personnel moves:

• Appointed Timothy M. Tkach of Lehighton to a three-year term on the Carbon-Monroe-Pike Drug and Alcohol Commission, ending July 31, 2018. Tkach is filling the vacancy created by the resignation of Gregory Mousseau.• Reappointed Roman Baran of Beaver Meadows and Harold Pudliner of Weatherly to five-year terms on the Redevelopment Authority Advisory Board.• Approve the change of status of Crystel L. Stein of Lehighton from part-time customer service clerk, Domestic Relations, to department clerk I, Domestic Relations, effective July 20.
