A Schuylkill County man is being sought following an incident that occurred about 7:45 a.m. on Feb. 6.

State police at Frackville said Dean Joseph Zelinsky, 48, of Ringtown, entered the trailer home of Robert Joseph Heim, 49, of 2608 Melanie Manor, Ringtown, with no legitimate purpose. Heim told Zelinsky to leave but he refused.A physical struggle ensued and Zelinsky allegedly struck Heim about the head and face. Zelinsky left the home before the arrival of troopers.Troopers said the investigation is continuing and charges will be filed.
