Lehigh Township's Regional DUI Enforcement Program has scheduled three sobriety checkpoints during July and August.

Officers will be looking for drivers impaired by both alcohol and drugs. Officers will also be looking for underage drinking and seat belt usage during these checkpoints as well.If you're going to drink remember to designate a sober driver, call a taxi or use another form of mass transportation.Lehigh Township's Regional DUI Enforcement Program consists of highly trained officers from Lehigh Township, Moore Township, Walnutport Borough, Bushkill Township, Colonial Regional, Slate Belt Regional, Upper Nazareth Township, Nazareth Borough, Bangor Borough, Stockertown Borough, Northampton Borough and Tatamy Borough.For more information, visit
