A student at Penn State-Schuylkill Haven was caught shoplifting at a Schuylkill County store.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Toure Williams, of Philadelphia, was observed by store personnel of Redner's Warehouse Markets, located off Route 61 in North Manheim Township, placing a number of food items on his person then leaving the store without paying for them.The incident occurred on Sunday at 6 p.m. Charges were filed with District Judge James Ferrier, of Orwigsburg.
