A driver was cited following a two-vehicle crash at 12:58 p.m. Wednesday in Mahoning Township. Township police said Linda Neff of Palmerton was driving a Saturn alongAshtown Drive when she failed to negotiate a right-hand curve. The vehicle crossed over the center line and struck an oncomingToyota Yaris driven by Lukas Ziegenfuss of Andreas. No one was injured. Police said Neff was exceeding the speed limit at the time.As the result of an investigation, police charged Neff with careless driving, drivingat an unsafe speed, and required financial responsibility.
