Two people escaped injury Wednesday morning when involved in a crash on Mahoning Mountain Road in Mahoning Township. The crash occurred just after 10 a.m. as a female motorist was traveling north descending the mountain and her vehicle struck a patch of ice which sent her up an earth embankment and onto its roof. The driver and a child were not injured. Mahoning Township police are investigating the incident. Copyright Larry Neff/Special to the Times News
