The Rev. Heidi Silliman, a prior pastor at McMichaels, will visit and share a few words with the church family. Actor John Wesley will visit and handle the service as if from that time.The anniversary cake will be served along with beverages after worship at 9:30 a.m. and old hymns will be sung in honor of John Wesley.All activities are open to the public and everyone is encouraged to attend. The following items are being collected: crackers, balloons, fly swatters, batteries, chap-stick, sunscreen, deck of cards, Nerf products, toiletries for both men and women, note cards/stationary, energy bars, gum, black socks, foot powder, bug spray.The classes hope to meet their goal of 1,000 items for the troops. Donations can be dropped off in McCawley Hall on the tables marked Operation Touch of Home.
