Carbon County College and Technical Education Night is scheduled for Sept. 17 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Jim Thorpe Area High School, 1 Olympian Way, Jim Thorpe.

The free event is open to parents and students in Carbon County and surrounding areas.Representatives from over 100 colleges, universities, technical and trade schools, and military services will be on hand to distribute information and answer questions.A list of attendees is available at
