Pocono Mountain Regional Police were dispatched to a crash at Route 196 South in Coolbaugh Township, near Route 423.

The incident occurred on Sept. 3. Upon arrival, the operator of the vehicle was identified as Jacob Reynolds, 24, from Newfoundland, who was entrapped in the vehicle.Reynolds had to be extricated by Coolbaugh Township Fire personnel and was flown to Community Medical Center in Scranton. Charges are pending crash investigation.
