State police at Schuylkill Haven reported investigating a three-vehicle rear-end crash at 10:27 a.m. on Thursday along Seltzer Road, near Main Street in Norwegian Township, Schuylkill County.

Troopers said Justina Laychock, 90, of Pottsville, driving a 1999 Oldsmobile Cutlas; Sarah J. Brennan, 20, of Minersville, driving a 1999 Subaru Legacy; and Faith E. Cook, 69, of Pottsville, driving a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 truck, were all eastbound.Cook came to a stop due to a line of traffic ahead of her. Laychock failed to stop and struck the rear of Brennan's vehicle, pushing it into the rear of Cook's truck. No one was injured.The Oldsmobile and Subaru were both towed from the scene. The truck sustained light damage and was driven from the scene.Troopers cited Laychock for driving a vehicle at an unsafe speed.
