Possession of drug paraphernaliaCriminal charges were filed against Ricky Stevens, 31, of 8 Hillside Ave., Palmerton, for possession of drug paraphernalia. The incident occurred at 9:51 a.m. on Sept. 30 in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.DUICriminal charges were filed against John Lawrence, 28, of 430 Log Fence Road, Palmerton, for DUI. The incident occurred at 8:56 p.m. on Aug. 8 in the 500 block of Mauch Chunk Road.Disorderly conductDennis Ringler, 38, of 637 Franklin Ave., Palmerton, was cited for disorderly conduct. The violation occurred at 11:50 a.m. on Oct. 7 in the 400-600 blocks of Delaware Avenue.HarassmentCitations for harassment were filed against Tracy Minuni, 43, of 758 Church St., first floor, Palmerton, and Travis Williams, 42, of 960 Fireline Road, Palmerton. The violations occurred at 11:10 p.m. on Oct. 10 in the 700 block of Church Street.A juvenile referral was filed against a 15-year-old Palmerton teen for simple assault and harassment. The incident occurred at 7:12 p.m. on Oct. 5 in the 300 block of Harvard Avenue.Police also cited people for various speeding, traffic and vehicle violations as well.
