A Schuylkill County man was cited for harassment following a dispute.

State police at Frackville said a 40-year-old female and Jack Triano, 58, of 7 Wolf St., Middleport, got into a verbal argument on the front porch of the residence. During the dispute Triano grabbed the female by the arm.The incident occurred at 7 p.m. Friday.
