Pocono Medical Center along with Innovative Educational Resources LLC launched PoconoHealth.org, an online directory to increase access to health related news, preventive care information, and social interaction relevant to Monroe County.

PoconoHealth.org requires a free membership that grants admission to our community's health and social services provided by professionals. With information provided by Pocono Medical Center, the directory will serve as an educational tool for the public by archiving information on disease, medicine and nutrition. Access to local programs and activities regarding health and social services will also be readily available.Community partners who assisted in the directory's development include Pocono's variety radio station 93.5 SBG, Carbon Monroe Pike Mental Health and Developmental Services, East Stroudsburg University, Eastern Monroe Public Library, Fitzmaurice Community Services, Greater Pocono Chamber of Commerce, Inn at Pocono Manor, Monroe County Office of Emergency Management, Monroe County Transportation Authority, Pocono Alliance, Pocono Medical Center, YMCA, Riley and Company Inc., and Frailey Insurance and Financial Services.The directory helps bridge the gap in technology and resources some people don't have access to.To learn more, email
