Free depression screening

Pocono Medical Center is offering several opportunities for those who are suffering from mental or behavioral health issues to find help during Mental Health Week, this week.

Several screenings and events are scheduled.Behavioral health professionals will be available to help combat the disease and provide resources to those who are so dearly in need.Thursday is National Depression Screening Day.Ask yourself: Are you sad? Do you feel empty? Do you have sleeping problems? Weight problems? Do you find you don't enjoy anything anymore? Are you irritable and restless? You can't concentrate? Have no energy?
