Jason R. Steinbrunn, 24, of New Ringgold, is facing disorderly conduct charges filed against him by state police at the Frackville barracks.

Police said the charges related to an incident where they were called to investigate a vehicle doing "donuts" in the parking lot of the Freidens Lutheran Church, 523 Church St., East Brunswick Township.Police said their investigation revealed Steinbrunn to be the driver of the vehicle when the incident happened at 4:40 p.m. Nov. 24.
