Odd Fellows leaders installed

Harmony Lodge 86 of Tamaqua, Independent Order of Odd Fellows, held an installation ceremony recently, welcoming new leaders and honoring outgoing Noble Grand Raymond R. "Bull" Boulanger. Presiding over the installation ceremonies were District Deputy Grand Master Timothy Hahn and staff from the Shenandoah Lodge 591.

Also in attendance were members of Pine Grove Lodge 148.New leaders of the Tamaqua lodge are Arthur W. Valentine of the Lewistown Valley and Gary W. Price of Tamaqua.Boulanger was initiated into Odd Fellows in 2010 and rapidly progressed through the "chairs" in Harmony Lodge. He serves on the board of the Tamaqua IOOF Cemetery; is active with the Harmony degree and installation teams; served as Chief Patriarch of Scott Encampment 132; and is active in Lady Harmony Rebekah Lodge 86, Cantons Philadelphia No. 1 and Allentown No. 39.More information about the lodge is available on Facebook at the IOOF Harmony/Lady Harmony page.
