Monroe County break-ins

State police at Lehighton are investigating three burglaries at Monroe County residences.

Troopers said a garage on the property at 113 Snyder Lane, Eldred Township, was entered and removed was a crossbow, a compound bow, and various hunting supplies. Entry occurred sometime between June 28 and Oct. 10. The property owner was identified as Lori Moeck, 39, of Palmerton.The second entry occurred at 173 Highpoint Drive in Ross Township. Troopers said a crowbar was used force open the front door. Once inside about 50 feet of copper pipe was removed. The entry occurred sometime between Oct. 25-31. Troopers said the owner of the property is not yet known.Troopers said a burglary occurred at 4940 Queens Way, in Polk Township, the property of Frances Ferguson. No other details were released.Troopers also reported a criminal mischief incident. A basement window at 189 Turkey Ridge Drive, in Kunkletown, Polk Township, was reported broken by the owner Roswith Landuyt. The incident occurred sometime between Saturday and Monday.Anyone with information concerning either incident is asked to call troopers at 610-681-1850.
