Mountain Karate Academy promoted five new black belts on Aug. 20 during a ceremony held at the Lehighton dojang. The newest black belts are Cho Dan Cody Meckes,Cho Dan Paige Noble, Cho Dan Cassandra Williams, Cho Dan Jack Ligenza, and Cho Dan Orion Kirkpatrick.
