A daughter, Rylee Mae Schirer, was born at 10:47 a.m. on Feb. 14, 2014, at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, to Shane and Ashley Schirer of Summit Hill.

She weighed 9 pounds, 3 ounces and measured 22 inches long.Rylee was welcomed home by a sister, Madeline, who is 4, and a brother, Spencer, who is 3.Maternal grandparents are Theresa Yurick and the late Paul Yurick Jr., of Summit Hill.Paternal grandparents are Richard and Donna Schirer of Lehighton.Maternal great-grandparents are Joan Shober and the late Thomas Shober of Nesquehoning, and Frances Yurick and the late Paul Yurick Sr. of Summit Hill.Paternal great-grandparents are Maynard and Anna Stout and Richard and Betty Schirer, all of Lehighton.
