Kelsey Van Horn, daughter of Richard and Nancy Van Horn, Nesquehoning, has been selected to represent Panther Valley High School at the Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership seminar. The seminar allows students to

recognize their leadership talents and apply them in becoming effective leaders in their home, school, and community. The seminar will be held at Shippensburg University May 15 to May 18. With Kelsey is Joseph Gunnels, high school principal.
