I have a couple of questions.First why don't some in Harrisburg put up a bill that all electric lines be underground. I know it will cost, however in the long run, it would stop power outages due to weather. People wouldn't be without heat or electric for their homes.Also I think the powers-to-be should be replaced when it comes to bringing business to Carbon County. I think we should try making the Panther Valley a tax-free area for business that will build the area. All I see now is new business going to Jim Thorpe, Lehighton, and Palmerton.They have business and those areas are doing OK. Where the Panther Valley seems to be stuck doing nothing. All I see is a lot of empty business and empty lots. Let's build this area to the extent that the others are. I think everyone will profit from it.
