David Richard Fisher, 43, of 20 W. Oak St. of Tresckow, is facing drug-related charges filed against him by state police at the Hazleton barracks.

Police said he was arrested at 6:50 p.m. June 17 at his residence on arrest warrants issued by the Luzerne County Sheriff's and Adult Probation offices and was found to have two glass pipes in his possession.A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia is pending against him.
